Vibratech's new premises now houses a custom- built coil winding section. This new facility was high on the list of needs recognised from a customer survey. This new service will enable the team to offer customers high quality rewinds on a range of armatures from a variety of manufacturers. The company also supplies new field coils and de-gauss coils. Repairs to armatures will always be made whenever practical, providing customers with substantial cost savings. Vibratech can now offer a complete service and reduced down-time, improving customer efficiency.

Matt Deards, who has designed and developed the coil workshop commented, "All the coil shop requirements and the manufacturing processes were assessed at the start of the development programme. The team developed a strategy that has enabled the build and commissioning of the new facilities in a comparatively short period of time. With coils now in production, we are already seeing outstanding results."
