QUALITY :
By defining our working methods since the day of our conception in 1998 Vibratech worked towards accreditation to ISO 9002 and we achieved our recognition in January 2001. All our maintenance procedures are generic and are formulated in accordance with the manufacturers recommended maintenance procedures.

SERVICE ENGINEERS :
All Vibratech engineers are factory trained on a variety of major manufacturers vibration systems. In the electro-dynamic type vibrator field we have engineers available that are experienced on Ling Dynamic Systems, Ling Electronics and Derritron vibration equipment. In the area of hydraulic vibration test systems we have experience on Lansmont, Team and LAB equipment. Our policy is one of continuous development and training to ensure our engineers are kept up to date with the latest vibration technology available to the many environmental test houses and development laboratories.

SPARE PARTS:
Vibratech have developed close working relations with all major manufacturers and only use their recommended spare parts that carry the full manufacturers warranty. We are also able to pass on competitive discount structures to our annual maintenance contract holders that reflect our commitment to providing cost effective service solutions.

VIBRATECH PRICES:
You will find our pricing most competitive, we have a pricing structure that means we do not charge full rate for travelling time. Our engineers will travel to site outside the normal working day so that when you pay for a day on site you get just that. We also offer separate tiered levels of maintenance that are in accordance with the usage that the vibration system has. This can save a considerable sum over traditional maintenance. We will also offer routine maintenance at competitive prices that can include 24 Hr emergency call out protection. Above all our keyword is “service solutions”. Our intention is to offer our customers a responsive service that is tailored to meet their needs not ours.

We can also provide complete turnkey solutions to your maintenance needs by integrating calibration into our proposals so that your instrumentation can be calibrated at the same time as your maintenance either on site or off site. We can also furnish our customers with upgraded amplifiers, new systems and slip tables as part of a complete single source provider. Our aim is to provide a full range of “Service Solutions” to each and every one of our customers.
